LPA|A’s designs are inspired by the owners’ desires, the building program, and the context of the site. We listen carefully to the needs and desires of the owner and other users of the building and we bring to bear our collective expertise to meet the challenges set out in those discussions.

The collaborative approach we take in our work has proven to be the best way to achieve success in any project. Owners return to us again and again and we maintain long-standing relationships with consultants, creating efficiencies over time. The in-house project team sees projects through from start to finish, and draw on the expertise of the entire firm, not just those assigned to a given project.
