Key Features

  • An MSBA-led feasibility study determined that a replacement school for the 1970’s-era, 246,000 square foot building was needed.
  • The new 1,420-student high school was using the CM@ Risk delivery method on the site of the former school, which remained in operation through construction.
  • A number of community services are offered at the school including the student-run nonprofit Andy’s Attic as well as a food pantry, daycare, and medical clinic.
  • In addition to the state-of-the-art media center auditorium, wellness center and classroom spaces, the school includes technical education spaces for culinary arts, auto diesel technology, and early childhood education.
