Worcester County CSI and AIA Central Mass Tour Doherty Construction
The Worcester County Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute and the Central Massachusetts Chapter of the American Institute of Architects co-hosted a program that provided a tour through the Doherty High School Construction site. LPA|A Principal Rob Para led the tour along with Associate Principals Christina Bazelmans and Chris Lee.
Attendees received continuing education credits learning about the energy efficiency and sustainability features of building, hearing about the logistical challenges and safety measures taken for the construction of a 420,000 square foot building on an active school site, and learning about emerging trends in high school design.
LPA|A was pleased to be able to provide this educational opportunity for local professionals in the architecture/engineering/construction industries.
