Our Culture
LPA|A, since its inception, has fostered a collaborative, supportive, and creative work environment where staff have the opportunity to constantly learn and expand skills. The community orientation of the firm is reflected in the commitment to quality in our designs and the care taken in working with clients to improve our local communities with each project we take on.
The size of the firm has historically been large enough to take on large-scale projects, but small enough for all staff members to understand each other’s strengths and develop strong and highly functioning project teams.
Service to the community is also embedded in the culture of the firm, with a long-standing tradition of giving back to the local community and encouraging participation in professional associations, local boards, or volunteering at nonprofits.
