Architects Mike Pagano, Bill Senecal, and Katie Crockett from LPA took part in a ceremonial groundbreaking for Sherwood Middle School in Shrewsbury on May 26, along with representatives from PMA Consultants and Gilbane Construction. Other participants included state, town and school officials, students, and representatives from the Massachusetts School Building Authority. Many of the speakers were enthusiastic about the environmental and educational dimensions of the design for the new school which is currently under budget and ahead of schedule.
