LPA|A has been selected by the MSBA (Massachusetts School Building Authority) and the City of Marlborough to undertake a feasibility study of the Richer Elementary School. LPA|A previously conducted a study for the school in 2017, but a surge in enrollments in recent years necessitated the construction of a new school that was in addition to, rather than a replacement for, the aging 1960’s-era school.

Peter Caruso, Principal in Charge for the project, said, “We are so excited to partner once again with Marlborough to help them envision and ultimately create the inspiring and modern learning environment that their students deserve.”
