Little Center Project Moves Forward
Though originally designed as a dining common, Clark University’s Little Center has housed a theater, classrooms, and offices since 1975. LPA|A worked with Clark to develop a capital improvement plan for the building, completing a feasibility study at the end of last year. With a highly-rated Theater Arts program, the University seeks to create an accessible state-of-the art black box theater and classrooms with significantly upgraded technology and equipment that will serve the Visual and Performing Arts Department for many years to come. The renovation also includes mechanical/electrical improvements and an enhanced lobby space that will elevate the overall experience for theater-goers. With design development kicking-off this month, construction is slated to begin in the spring of 2020.
