Student Affairs Suite
- Located on the third floor of the centrally located Student Center at Worcester State, the Students Affairs Suite needed to be reconfigured and renovated to better serve student needs.
- As one of the college’s house doctor architects, LPA|A was asked to reorganize the space, creating more efficient and functional adjacencies and making improvements to conference rooms, offices, and storage areas.
- Upgrades to the HVAC system, exterior envelope improvements, which included new windows, new LED lighting with occupancy/daylight sensors, and updated partitions and finishes have made the space more comfortable, inviting, and energy efficient.
