Learning Resource Center

As part of a house doctor contract with Worcester State University, LPA|A was asked to undertake an envelope upgrade at their Learning Resource Center.
Among the new features included in the renovation are a new curtainwall system, insulated metal panel with rainscreen overclad system, and a new ornamental trellis and canopy.
The phased occupied construction maintained operation of the building during construction.
