• The historic City Hall building in downtown Fitchburg has been vacant since 2012 due to safety concerns
• LPA|A was asked to evaluate opportunities for development of the site and building in the hopes that City services could once again be housed in the building
• The project has the potential to revitalize this section of downtown Fitchburg
• LPA|A provided the City with a report detailing the existing conditions, updated space programming and five options for the development of the building, site and an adjacent bank building
