Sean Brennan Takes on Key Volunteer Roles
LPA|A architect Sean Brennan was appointed by City Manager Edward Augustus, Jr. to the Worcester Arts Council last month. The municipal body is charged with promoting the cultural affairs of the City and allocating funds received by the Council for cultural projects and programs. Brennan expressed his interest in serving on the all-volunteer council upon graduating from the 2019/20 class of Leadership Worcester.
In addition, Sean has joined the Board of the Central Massachusetts Chapter of the AIA (American Institute of Architects) and is chairing the Emerging Professionals Network.
Mariana O’Brien, President of the Central Massachusetts AIA Board said of Sean’s service, “I have been impressed with the positive energy and fresh ideas that Sean brings to the Board of Directors. He wasn’t shy to undertake the challenge of reactivating and chairing the Emerging Professionals Committee. Because of his professionalism and commitment, I think he is a great addition to our team.”
