Creative Hub Worcester
- Nonprofit Creative Hub Worcester asked LPA|A to design renovations to the Ionic Avenue Boys Club building to create a community arts center.
- It includes a 200-person event space, studio areas and collaborative work spaces, a gallery, classroom space, and artisans market with capacity for over 100 vendors.
- The newly renovated historic building re-opened in April 2026.
