Creative Hub Worcester
- Nonprofit Creative Hub Worcester asked LPA|A to design renovations to the Ionic Avenue Boys Club building to create a community arts center.
- It will include a 200-person event space, studio areas and collaborative work spaces, a gallery and artisans market with capacity for over 100 vendors.
- The renovated historic building is slated to reopen in early summer of 2025.
